Returns of Damaged Goods
We use Royal Mail and international shipping Global Overseas Service with Royal Mail to deliver orders. If your purchase from Heavenly Health Products is in some way damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will send you a pre-paid, self-addressed padded envelope for the return of the damaged product(s). Once we have received the damaged goods, we will send out a replacement order. Please note that we require the speedy return of damaged goods so we can claim against the courier. If you cannot return the damaged goods, we cannot send you a replacement.

Returns of Unsatisfactory or Unwanted Products
When you receive your order, if you decide to change your mind or find your purchase is either unsatisfactory or unwanted, we will offer a refund to your credit/debit card. We are able to do this if the goods are returned to us within 5 working days of their original delivery receipt. The returned goods must be in a condition for re-sale: undamaged, unopened, and in their original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the cost of return postage, and the goods remain the responsibility/property of the customer until they are signed back into stock at Heavenly Health Products. We advise all customers returning goods to use a registered or recorded delivery method, or a shipping method where the goods can be tracked. We cannot offer a refund on the original purchase delivery or return postage costs. Additionally, there will be a 20% restocking charge.

Shipping Information
Making a purchase from Heavenly Health Products could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout,' and you will be asked for a few details needed to complete the order.
All orders will be processed with free packaging and postage worldwide. Orders to the UK will be shipped 1st Class Large Letter and should arrive within 2-3 working days. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard International Post and handed over to your country's postal service. Please allow up to 28 working days, but on average they should arrive within 14 working days. Import and customs in some EU countries may have a backlog of items to process due to Brexit and the new EU VAT rules for goods posted from the United Kingdom.

If you are shopping outside the UK, you can choose the currency of your choice—GBP (£), USD ($), or Euros (€)—to see the price. All orders are processed in GBP (£) but will appear in your local currency on your statement. You can safely place your credit/debit card details on our secure website, but for security reasons, credit/debit card details should not be sent by e-mail or through the post. We can also take orders and payments over the phone; please contact us with your phone number so we can call you back.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Maestro credit/debit cards for payment. All card payments are secure. Orders will be processed on the day the product is ready to be shipped. On the rare occasion that your order is not in stock, you will be notified.

You will receive an e-mailed confirmation of your order; this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case of a mistake in pricing, inadvertent under-pricing of goods, or inability to supply a product for any reason. In the case of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure the price is acceptable.

All orders will be posted free of charge, and a picture of proof of postage is available upon request.
